The Alaska Public Defender Agency went live with DEFENDERbyKarpel in Cloud after a successful data conversion from Practice Manager. This 180 user office represents 13 boroughs throughout the state of Alaska. Acting as a single law office required some “Conflict” enhancements to ensure a smooth and successful implementation and to streamlined processes for their office.
