The Alaska Office of Public Advocacy implements DEFENDERbyKarpel in the Cloud after a successful data conversion of their legacy system Practice Manager. This 135 user office provides legal advocacy and guardianship services to vulnerable Alaskans and contracts many of their cases each year, which created unique challenges for the Karpel team. Our developers met the challenge and created a new Contract Attorney portal, used to execute DEFENDERbyKarpel cases and submit expenses to the OPA office.
