The Washoe County Alternate Public Defender’s Office implements DEFENDERbyKarpel in the Cloud after a successful conversion of their legacy system Justware. This office is now automated with document generation, electronic in-court case processing and the ability to electronically receive case information from their County District Attorney’s PROSECUTORbyKarpel system. This project included onsite training and support.
