The Washoe County Office of Assigned Counsel implements DEFENDERbyKarpel in the Cloud after a successful conversion of their legacy system Justware. This office is now automated with document generation, electronic in-court case processing and the ability to electronically receive case information from their County District Attorney’s PROSECUTORbyKarpel system and secure access for contract attorneys. This project included onsite training and support.
