The Contra Costa County Public Defender’s Office implements DEFENDERbyKarpel in the Cloud after a successful conversion of their legacy mainframe system. This office is now automated with document generation, electronic in-court case processing and the ability to electronically receive case information from their District Attorney’s PROSECUTORbyKarpel system. This project also included onsite training and support during go live.
